KcalDiary is a calorie tracking app. We collect what we need to make it work. We don't sell your data to anyone, and we don't run ads.
Account info — your email address. You can also add your name, birthday, height, and weight, but those are optional.
Food and health logs — what you eat, water intake, weight entries, and any custom foods or recipes you create. This is the point of the app.
Device info — your phone model and app version. We use this to fix crashes. Nothing personal.
Run the app. Your logs sync between your devices. We calculate nutrition goals from your profile. We fix bugs.
No ads. No data sales. No advertising profiles.
Our servers are in Australia. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Settings → Account → Delete Account. It's permanent. Your logs, weight entries, water logs, and personal data get removed. Custom foods you added stay in the database without your name attached — they help other users find things to log.
You need to be at least 15 to use KcalDiary.
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top and let you know in the app.
